The Party

How It Works:

• Your group will be seated together in a reserved area to receive the services.

• We can provide a small table for display if needed. You are welcome to bring your own food, disposable plates, cutlery and decoration as long as they don't need to be attached to the wall.

• Services can be split into individual bills for each guest if desired.

• There are no automatic gratuity or service fees for groups.

• Complimentary non-alcoholic beverages (coffee, tea, water) are provided.

• Wine by the glass or bottle, beer, champagne, cocktails, and mocktails can be purchased in advance. 

• All beverages can be ordered from The Bar during your service.

Booking Details Required:

• Requested Date and Time (Day/Month/Year/Time)

• Total Guest Count (Adults and Children)

• Host Information (First Name and Phone Number)

• Guest Information (List guests by number, with their first name and requested service(s). If the host is receiving services, include their name again for an accurate party count.)

• Type of Service (From the services listed in The Service, specify the number of guests in your group who will require artificial nail services such as UV Liquid Gel, Bio Liquid Gel, CND Solar Powder, or Dipping Powder. Only the total number of guests is needed for natural nail services.)

Securing Your Booking:

• A deposit of $100 is required for group reservations of 6 or more guests. If the entire group cancels before 7 days of the original booking, the deposit will be fully refunded.

• Fill out the booking request form and include your requested date and time, guest information, and requested services. Upon receiving a confirmation of availability, e-transfer the deposit fee to tbn8989@gmail.com to secure the booking.

Cancellation Policy:

• To cancel the entire event, a minimum of 7 days notice is required for a full refund of the deposit and a minimum of 2 days notice for a 50% refund of the deposit.

• To cancel up to 2 clients from the group reservation, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required, or a $25 fee per client will be charged.

• If your group is paying separately, the person who made the $100 deposit can use that amount towards their services. If their services cost less than $100, they can receive salon credit or apply it towards any group services.
